Total Driver Score

JBC receives a score from FedEx monthly where an 80% is acceptable and a 85% is preferable. Drivers are helping the company when meeting those standards and hurting the company otherwise. Ultimately, these scores will have an affect and/or determine pay rate, bonus availability, route assignments, and continued employment.

The trending data below will show if dirvers are improving, staying the same, or getting worse over time.
